Finding My First Job(2)

         Although the author spent a few months for finding the job, it only took me three weeks to attend the interviews : eight companies in three weeks. It was a cruel penalty to me. But I really learn a lot in thoese interviews about the pratical production. The superviser will ask you some question they encouter in job and expect you can answer it with a good engineering sense. The most important is you got to express your PASSION on this job. To Taiwan companies, espacilly electronics, want a faithful employee not a brilliant one. They will provide many course to train you up. If you won't stay along....let's say just one year, it will a great lost for them. This is what they do care about.
